As a person who worked closely with co-founder, I am immensely proud of my experience, which ranging from business strategy to product delivery.

Played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and bringing products to fruition for municipalities, leading to a significant improvement (up to 20%) in accuracy for the municipal tax collection process during the launch phase.
Product consists of geospatial survey technologies such as GPS and LiDAR, machine learning, and software engineering with geospatial visualization.

Key activities:

○  Defined the product vision and strategy, which involved understanding the needs of the target market through

MVPs and prototype, identifying the product's competitive advantages, and setting clear goals for its

development.

○  Created and prioritized a product backlog to communicate the significance of our tasks in each sprint.

○  Fostered multiple cross-functional teams by forming a couple scrum teams with multi-disciplinary skills

including business and marketing, UX/UI, data scientists/engineers, geospatial developers and software

engineers.

○  Ensured that the product met customer needs while satisfying other stakeholders, including both internal and

external stakeholders such as investors, mayors, department heads, and end users.

○  Secured key partnerships for further product development.

● Currently exploring a new product that can help citizens and municipality offices communicate more efficiently.
