I start my first career as bar manager for 2 years under family business then started to join a company as CE Specialist for 2 years then found out a way to starts my own business selling salad roll fusion by selling it with cafe. I started my Salad roll business expanding 8 branches in 3 months and starting to enter modern trade. However, I struggled with financial line that are limited to an amount of product requests by the company. I have limited cash flow to redesign packaging and produce 210 boxes for 3 branches per day for modern trade in the first phase. With an additional of Covid-19 so then I decided to get back to career line and joined Pure moderation (Startup) as Team Lead and learned some of OM’s tasks. For almost 10months working hard as on behalf of OM’s, I received an offer as Team Lead at TDCX. I worked non-stop as an entrepreneur in around 3months then got promoted to Operations Manager
