As the Country Service Operations Leader for Thailand, you will manage Services operations and after-market business, act as the focal point for customer escalations, and provide leadership to the Service operations team. You will be responsible for financial performance, operational metrics, and achieving objectives through close collaboration with various business stakeholders. You will drive strong business fundamentals, champion Service Growth strategies, and take charge of Operational Cadence. You will also develop a skilled and future-ready service team, inspire Operational Excellence, and cultivate a culture that promotes good employee Safety practices and Integrity. Your accountability will extend to managing customer expectations, providing leadership, and overseeing the development and performance of the Service operations team. Your key responsibilities include planning and deploying resources, administering field operations, and managing resource availability/utilization. You will also monitor progress, manage financial and operational goals, and foster collaboration with functional stakeholders. You will have a skilled and future-ready service team capable of delivering best-in-class, integrated services leveraging digital capabilities. You will inspire team to strive for Operational Excellence and cultivate a culture that promotes good employee Safety practices and Integrity. We look for a candidate with 3-5 years of managerial experience in Service/Fulfilment operations, managing frontline teams, with strong people management, team building, and performance management skills. You should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or equivalent experience. You should be able to comprehend financial numbers and contribute to business plans. You should possess strong business acumen and financial understanding, with a hands-on approach and can-do mindset. You should have a proven track record of delivering strong business results with accountability. You should be able to work effectively in a matrix environment. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective negotiation, relationship building, and collaboration with diverse cultures. You should be proficient in both Thai and English for effective business communication.
