    Staff Analyst - Finance Controlling

    A global semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and business partnering across their plant operations in Thailand.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead cost planning, controlling, and budgeting activities to meet plant KPIs across spending, capital, and headcount.

    • Provide timely financial analysis and insights to management and senior stakeholders.

    • Manage month-end closing and cost allocation processes in line with company policy.

    • Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance.

    • Support business case evaluations, investment justifications, and make-or-buy decisions.

    • Develop and deliver deep financial models and scenario simulations for strategic decision-making.

    • Recommend productivity and growth initiatives through data-driven analysis.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Costing, preferably within a multinational manufacturing setting.

    • Expertise in managerial accounting, costing, and performance analysis.

    • Strong communication skills in English.

    • Ability to influence financial decisions and work effectively with senior stakeholders.

    • Practical understanding of manufacturing operations and financial systems.

    • Proven leadership and analytical problem-solving skills.

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
