Operation Engineer

Description:

• Operational Oversight: Ensure the wastewater treatment process operates efficiently and meets regulatory standards.
• Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and instrumentation.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate operations team members, delegate tasks, and provide training and guidance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze wastewater quality data, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Safety and Environmental Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
• Maintenance and Upkeep: Support maintenance activities and ensure proper equipment upkeep.
• Client Relations: Interact with clients, provide technical support, and address client concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and controlling the wastewater treatment process
• Troubleshooting issues in wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and instrumentation
• Supervising and motivating operations team members
• Analyzing wastewater quality data and generating reports
• Adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Supporting maintenance activities and ensuring proper equipment upkeep
• Interacting with clients and addressing their concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in wastewater treatment operations
• Demonstrated knowledge of SCADA systems, wastewater treatment processes, instrumentation, and troubleshooting techniques
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Commitment to adhering to stringent safety protocols and environmental regulations

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
