Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with customers and analyze target groups to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet with customers to present products and services and negotiate sales agreements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
• Prepare quotations and related documents for customers.
• Update customer information in our database system and report sales performance to supervisors.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
• Proven experience in sales or business development, with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office computer programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
