Logistics & Back Office

SPEA Thailand Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of SPEA S.p.A Group, a global leader in testing systems for microchips and electronic boards, is seeking an experienced professional to manage logistics and back-office operations for its Bangkok office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order processing, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control and record keeping.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure orders are processed and shipped efficiently.
• Provide administrative support, including document management and report preparation.
• Handle communications with suppliers and customers.
• Contribute to optimizing logistical and administrative processes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
• Proficient in Thai and English language (written and spoken).
• Thai citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or related roles.
• Knowledge of basic inventory management principles and warehouse procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management computer systems.
• Import/export knowledge and logistics understanding.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
