    คำอธิบาย

    Responsibilities


    1. รับผิดชอบแก้ไขและซ่อมแซม ( Corrective Maintenance ) เครื่องชงกาแฟของบริษัท ( Mastrena I, Mastrena II , และ OVISO ) และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ พร้อมทั้งสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในร้านตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
    2. จัดการวางแผน และปฏิบัติตามแผนบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน ( Preventive Maintenance ) เครื่อง Mastrena และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย
    3. ติดต่อและจัดหาผู้รับเหมา เพื่อเข้าซ่อมแซมสภาพร้าน และติดตามงานแจ้งซ่อมต่างๆ ของร้านที่อยู่ในความดูแลรับผิดชอบ เพื่อให้ร้านอยู่ในสภาพที่ดี มีความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
    4. ประสานงานและเข้าร่วมประชุมกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ดังนี้

    ประสานงานและเข้าร่วมประชุมที่ Site งานกับทีมก่อสร้าง, ผู้รับเหมา และ Operations สำหรับการปรับปรุงสภาพร้าน/ ร้านเปิดใหม่ เพื่อแสดงความคิดเห็นและรับทราบความคืบหน้า

    ประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเช็คความพร้อมของงานต่างๆ ทำการวิเคราะห์ติดตั้ง ตรวจเช็ค และตั้งค่ามาตรฐานของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่ดูแลรับผิดชอบ

    ประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้อง และเข้าร่วมตรวจเช็คงานต่างๆ เช่นระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบประปา ระบบน้ำทิ้ง ระบบปรับอากาศ และอื่นๆ สำหรับร้านที่ปรับปรุงและร้านเปิดใหม่
    5. ตรวจ SCA ( Store Condition Assessment ) ร่วมกับผู้จัดการร้าน และผู้จัดการเขต และจัดทำผลการตรวจ SCA รวมถึงจัดหา/แก้ไขปรับปรุง สภาพอุปกรณ์และร้านเพื่อให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ดีตามมาตรฐานของทางบริษัท โดยเน้นในเรื่องภาพลักษณ์ และความปลอดภัยสำหรับพาร์ทเนอร์และลูกค้า
    6. บริหาร Project ต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย แสดงความคิดเห็น ข้อเสนอแนะ และประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้งานแล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
    7. เข้าร่วมประชุมกับแผนก FAC เพื่อร่วมรับฟัง และ update ข้อมูลข่าวสารต่างๆ ความคืบหน้าของ Project และแจ้งอุปสรรคปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างปฏิบัติงาน และร่วมหาทางแก้ไข เป็นต้น
    8. ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายอื่นๆ ที่นอกเหนือจากงานหรือหน้าที่หลักของตนเองให้บรรลุผลสำเร็จ
    9. รักษาและแสดงให้เห็นท่าที ที่สงบสุขุม เมื่อต้องเผชิญกับเหตุการณ์อันไม่ปกติ จัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญ และวางแผนงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม พร้อมทั้งยังสามารถจัดการกับสถานการณ์ต่างๆ  ที่เข้ามาได้อย่างทันท่วงที
    10. บันทึกงานต่างๆ ที่ทำเสร็จ ติดตามงานคงค้าง และรายงานความคืบหน้าต่อผู้จัดการและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
    11. เป็นต้นแบบของทัศนคติในการทำงานให้กับ Facilities Service Engineer
    12. พัมนาความสำพันธ์เชิงบวกกับทีม FAC สร้างบรรยากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดีในสถานที่ทำงาน
    13. สนับสนุนและผลักดันการดำเนินงานของแผนก FAC ด้วยการตระหนักถึงความสำเร็จของทีมงานแต่ละคน ส่งเสริมและชื่นชมความสำเร็จของทีม
    14. ปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย และกฏระเบียบของบริษัท ส่งเสริมและปฏิบัติตามวัฒนธรรม ค่านิยม และพันธกิจของบริษัทที่มี
    15. ช่วยแก้ไขรวมถึงให้ความรู้เรื่องอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้กับทีมฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ ( Operations ) เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าทีมฝ่ายปฏิบัติการสามารถใช้ มีความเข้าใจและมีวิธีการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
    16. ให้ความช่วยเหลือ มีการทำงานเป็นทีม และมีส่วนร่วมพัฒนาแผนก Facilities ให้เข้มแข็ง โดยช่วยกันแก้ไขซ่อมบำรุง ทำการควบคุม และการใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่อย่างคุ้มค่า เพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่ายและสร้างผลกำไรให้กับบริษัทตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้
    17. ป้องกันและรักษาภาพลักษณ์ ชื่อเสียงของบริษัท โดยมีส่วนรับผิดชอบ ดำเนินการแก้ไข และให้บริการได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ให้คำแนะนำในด้านเชิงเทคนิค เกียวกับวิธีการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ภายในร้านสาขา
    18. ช่วยเหลือวางแผนงาน บริหารจัดการ และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ภายในแผนก Facilities ปฏิบัติตามกฏระเบียบของบริษัท มีส่วนร่วมผลักดันกลยุทธ์ต่างๆ ของบริษัท เพื่อให้ผลประกอบการธุรกิจของบริษัทประสบความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้


    Qualification

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
    • At least 5 years of working experience in budgeting and expense control , contract negotiations , equipment development, Facilities and maintenance management, retail project management
    • Good command in English

    Requires Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
    • Abilities to develop and implement new and innovative cost reduction and efficiency programs
    • Ability to lead and manage a large technical service staff
    • Knowledge of contract specifications and abilities to administer contracts
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel
    • Management with strong leadership, administrative and planning skills, as well as selecting and supervising outside contractors and services
    • Knowledge or Engineering standards
    • General knowledge of HVAC, installation, Water Systems, Electrical and Maintenance Systems
