    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing product demands received from customers, driving sales and operation plans, and master production schedules.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and achieve customer demands by driving sales and operation plans
    • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders
    • Identify and resolve blocking points through quick action planning
    • Communicate with customers on any related issues

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • At least 1 year of working experience in customer service
    • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
    • Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
    • Able to work well under pressure

    Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
