    Job Title: QA Engineer (MEP)

    Location: Bangkok, Thailand

    We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer (MEP) to join our professional construction and project management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, with experience in MEP systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough site audits and inspections for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, non-conformities, and recommendations for corrective actions.
    • Review project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and construction schedules, to identify potential quality issues and risks.
    • Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site supervisors, to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
    • Monitor and track quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists to ensure consistent quality standards.
    • Participate in quality assurance meetings and reviews to discuss project progress and quality issues.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry standards, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Over 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in building construction projects, preferably in MEP systems.
    • Strong understanding of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations, including relevant building codes and safety standards.
    • Proficiency in using quality management tools and techniques, such as root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and statistical process control.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with project teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, BIM software, and quality management software.
    • Ability to travel to construction sites in Thailand.
    • Good command of English.

    Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
