Job Description:

Ownership of a portfolio of new and existing suppliers
Identifying, researching, and implementing recommendations to grow revenue
Negotiate and deliver supplier agreements
Ensuring all required contract administration is completed in conjunction with inhouse legal teams to meet onsale deadlines
Support the Implementation Team for existing and newly contracted supplier agreements, facilitating supply of property/room information and coding etc.
Proactively use our Business Intelligence systems to run and analyse reports to identify potential issues or opportunities for revenue growth.
Identify, negotiate and offer ongoing support for special offers to optimise revenue
Work with Sales and Purchasing teams to identify ondemand properties and lead solicitation/optin process
Conduct periodic audits, formulate roll out and maintain rate, availability and display monitoring process
Ensure contractual compliance from owned hotel suppliers
Keep business informed of any supplier connectivity issues which may impact trading
Collate and communicate all product launches and updates to relevant business partners, both internal and external to ensure product distribution opportunities are maximized

Requirement:

- 【Essential】

Experience from the travel Industry, preferably OTA, Hotel Distribution or wholesale ecommerce, with excellent understanding of Hotel Connectivity protocols
Demonstrates an analytical flair, able to interpret, review and report clearly and accurately relevant statistical data
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Confident to present to large audiences including senior contacts and business executives
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

【Desirable】

Ability to read and understand XML logs
A passion for data analysis and troubleshooting
