Job Description:

- [Business] Precision parts processing (Automotive prototype parts, Semiconductor machine parts, Other machine parts, etc.)
[Resposibility]

  • To implement the controling and follow up the improvements methods / processes / equipment in the production lines.
  • Optimizes the use of manpower, operation time and methods as standard in the manufacturing processes, in order to achieve efficiency, productivity, safety and quality.
  • Solve the problem with create standard solve problem and compliance with stnadard for reduce waste time in manufacturing line.
  • Follow up and check basic part quality and during the manufacturing as standard determine
  • Follow up and check production output compare with plan then report and conclude the result considering about resource and spoiled ratio to supervisor
  • Create standard work process and work instructions for manufacturing line and monitor for ensure compliance with the instructions
  • Analyze/solve and improve the manufacturing process to high efficiency
  • Manage subordinates to maintain good and efficient work environment, where Company's rules and policies are followed and applied fairly

Requirement:

- 【Must】

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in production control at Precision parts processing/Metal processing/Automotive fiedls
  • 23 years experience in management
  • Good command of English
  • Driving license and own a car
【Advantage】

  • Good skill in computer (Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Japanese skill would be advantage
