Job Description:

Prepare Bills of Material (BOM)
Prepare information and record transactions relevant to inventory and cost accounting for monthly and yearly closing
Coordinate with crossfunctional department for relevant information or implement inventory control
Maintenance of product standard cost in system for revision period and adhoc timing
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual and standard costs with identify discrepancies
Managing inventory account including conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program
Prepare and complete internal cost audits
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations and company policies
