Industry:
Manufacturing(Chemicals/Materials)- Daily IT support for user incidents estimate 200 computers.
- Provide technical support to users for software, hardware, and networkrelated issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, CCTV, and other technology.
- Resolve software, hardware, and networkrelated problems in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Basic IT administration, such as managing domain controller, files sharing system, report server, print server, antivirus server, and O36
- Monitor system performance, escalate issues to Sr. Engineer, and resolve issues as needed.
- Help and support other members of the IT team.
- Ensure strong communication with users, keeping them up to date on progress and managing their expectations.
- Be involved in and contribute to other IT projects as they occur.
- Ensure IT documentation is maintained it should be accurate and up to date.
- Proactively look to improve IT processes and procedures.
- Good in Excel skills such as form, summary report, and basic in advance such as pivot, VLOOKUP, and power query.
- Provide On-Call support, Remote Assistance, On-Site Support
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requirement:
- 【Must】
- Male/Female, age 2735 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 25 years' experience as an IT infrastructure, Helpdesk support, or system administrator
- Basic Experience as a Database administrator (e.g., MS SQL, MS Access)
- Basic Experience in System administrator (e.g., IIS Web Servers, MS SQL database Server, Web Apps/ Mobile Apps, Azure Cloud Service, O365 Service, domain controller, files sharing system, report server, print server, and antivirus server)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure (e.g., Windows/Unix, Hypervisor, Hybrid Cloud, and SSO)
- Basic Knowledge of ITSM concept.

- Experience in Network administrator (e.g., LAN, WLAN, WAN, 4G/5G, VLAN, QoS)

- Cisco or Microsoft or Azure or VMware Certification will be an advantage (CCNA, VACP, VCP, MCSA, MCSE, AZ900)
