Technical Lead (Permanent)

Salary up to THB 160K per month

Client Banking at Sathorn with Hybrid Policy

Main objectives and Summary:
Leading and mentoring a team of software developers, providing guidance on technical issues, and

ensuring that project goals are met.

Providing technical direction and ensuring that project deliverables meet the quality standards.

Collaborating with project stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure that they are met.

Driving innovation and promoting best practices in software development.

Identifying, tracking and mitigating project risks and issues.

Keeping abreast of new technology developments and making recommendations for their adoption

where appropriate.

Ensuring that project schedules are met.

Building strong relationships with clients and team members, and maintaining a positive team

atmosphere.

Qualification:
Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is usually

preferred.

Good command of English

10+ years of working experience as Java Developer with some hands-on experience in front-end

technology such as React or Angular JS.

A deep understanding of software development and experience in Cloud AWS, Java, Spring

Boot, REST, SOAP, Microservice.

Ability to manage a team of developers and to delegate tasks effectively.

Ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical

stakeholders.

Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues.

Several years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading teams.

Experience within a project that has developed reusable components in a service-oriented architecture.

Good understanding of Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence)

Nice to have:
Experience in corporate banking

Previous experience working with Western company.

French language
