Our client is one of global liquor businesses. They are actively looking for_Brand Activation Manager _to support the business.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge in understanding local market, shopper, and consumer insights to input into local brand planning and execution.
- Develop a clear understanding of the role of brands in the market, their lifecycle stages, and the tools available to drive sales and equity gains, with a focus on delivering exponential growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local agency partners to optimize the delivery of activities and facilitate effective and timely communication.
- Collaborate with the inmarket Channel Activation Manager and Portfolio Manager to ensure that the rolling execution activity plan aligns with the approved local Brand plans.
- Adapt brand guidelines and plans to meet the needs of the local market and ensure accountability for all brand plan executions, spend allocation, and effectiveness tracking of plans.
- Manage and control the A&P budget in line with allocation received from the Regional Marketing Team and Country Manager.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of key programs and initiatives, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Analyze and propose new and effective marketing platforms to maximize consumer reach and brand awareness, including recommendations on investment to the Portfolio Manager, based on competitor activities and market intelligence.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market intelligence, including promotions, prices, and deals, and evaluate their impact on our brands and plans, making recommendations to respond appropriately.
- Collaborate with the Channel Activation Manager to develop integrated activity plans for signoff during Lockdown Meetings and Cycle Briefings to the Commercial team, ensuring that detailed channel mechanics, A&P, and KPIs are based on insights with clear barriers to overcome.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's in marketing or any related fields.
- At least 5 years in brand management and activation in FMCG industry.
- Experience in alcohol or nonalcohol business is preferably.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
- Good management and interpersonal skills.
