Project: - Construction and Supervision of Deep Foundation work (Pile & Shoring) for High-Rise Building in many locations in UAE by DEYAAR, Iman Developer, Al Shirawi Dubai, UAE.

Main Components of the Project: - Shoring Pile work (Hard Pile & Soft Pile), Secant Pile Wall, Guide Wall, Capping Beam, Contiguous Pile Wall, Micro secant pile, Diaphragm Wall.

1. Worked with GITEC – IGIP Consulting Group, Project Management Consultant (PMC) as a Project Manager with Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Corporation (MPUDC) Since Feb -2024to Oct 2025

Project- 1 FIDIC Based Project, Survey, Review the designs, redesign where necessary and build sewage collection and conveyance system, Sewage Treatment and disposal system of Narsinghpur Nagar Palika, District – Narsinghpur of Madhya Pradesh and Mandla Nagar Palika, District – Mandla    of Madhya Pradesh and Operate and Maintain the built system for 10 years. Funded by KFW Bank Germany. (Project Cost - 270 CR INR)

Work Activities: -

• Overall construction supervision
• Supervise and give guidance to the Field engineers and site engineers at PIU level
• Manage all contractual parts and will advise the client in this respect on all contract related matters
• Advise the clients on all claims, disputes and variation orders. 
• Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to IS codes, CPHEEO guidelines, and Construction Supervision manual (CSM) and project specifications. 
• Knowledge on administration of FIDIC based (Yellow / Gold Book) and World Bank based DBO contracts from both the contractual side and the construction supervision side.
• Review of design – Build Documents 
• Independent quality control over material and construction ( daily site supervision)
• Independent check during commissioning of works
• Environmental and Social Impact / ESMF/ ESMP

(B) Worked with FICHTNER Consulting Engineers (India) Pvt. Ltd, as a Deputy Project Manager with State Water & Sanitation Mission SWSM Lucknow Uttar Pradesh Since March -2020 to Feb 202.

Project- Implementation of Rural Water Supply Projects in the State of Uttar Pradesh under the Jal Jeevan Mission – Third Party Inspection (TPI) and Monitoring of Physical & Financial Progress of Various Rural Water supply Projects. Under the SWSM (State Water &Sanitation Mission) since Feb - 2021 to Feb 2024. Project Cost – 10328.36 Cr ( 413 Million AED)) .

Main Components of the Project.:- Pump House, Precast OHT , Distribution Network, Retrofitting of FHTC, Electrification of electric power line connection at Intake well, Approach Road, Staff quarter, Pump House, FHTC Connections. Boundary Wall.

Work Activities

• Responsible for overall project coordination and liaison between the client, contractor, TPI team and management.
• Daily monitoring of activities to achieve revenue planning. Escalate and resolve issues to ensure conformance to planning.
• Escalate with clientthrough letters /mails/calls as and when there are issues in work progressdue to certain official issues from the client of contractor.
• Receiveimportant communication /letters from the client and make sure all the queriesare  addressed on time.
• To represent the team in internal management related meetings and to present the required details in the meetings.

(C) Worked with M/S Modern Contracting Co. & Ltd. as a Project Engineer since August 2015 to Feb     2020.

Project: - Construction of Corporate Building of RAECO Rural Areas Electricity Company Oman
Project: - Construction of Additional Accommodation Building of MOD Ministry of Defiance Al- Ansab Oman 

Project: - Construction of Corporate Building of DPC Doffer Power Company Salalaha Oman.

Main Components and Project Features: - Project includes Corporate Building, Plumbing, Electricity, Cabin, Kitchen, Clinic Cabin, Fire & Ambulance Shelter, Fire Cabin, Network Cabin, Terminal Cabin, Electrical Substation, fire Hydrant, sewer network, water distribution mains, utilities, Internal roads with car Parking, Project near Muscat Airport, Oman.

• Drive project execution using Mivan shuttering technology.
• Develop and implement project strategies and work plans.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.

  Project: - Construction & Supervision. Of Residential High Rise Building Shohpur Kolkata West Bengal.
