Amit kumar Tripathy

I have an Masters in Tourism, with experience in various hotel departments. Additional 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing in which I learned to deal with companies, suggest the best fit product and help with customer issues. 

Presently working as Sales manager for plastics company, in which our main product is raw material and reclosable zipper tape. I have 5 years experience in this position, in which I have learned the value of cold calls, how to forecast customers consumption, strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction. 

I also have 6 years of experience in hotel industry, ranging from front desk to assistant revenue manager. I know how to deal with customers and keep them happy. Through my Assistant Revenue Manager position I learned how to analyze information and best use them for the companies advantage.
