                                                            Responsibilities;

  1. Screen all telephone calls; deal with people in person or on the telephone in a pleasance, courteous manner.
  2. Handling travel arrangements for Chairman and team members such as booking air tickets, Accommodation & restaurant tables, arranging drivers, etc, for both business and personal trips.
  3. Attends the both internal and external meetings with the Chairman and other Executives; prepares, assembles and distributes notices, agendas and packets; records; prepares the minute and follow up from agendas of executive meeting
  4. Organize and maintain the executive’s diaries and appointments / calendar
  5. Supervises and orientation for visiting guest of Chairman

  4. Prepares memorandums, letters and other correspondence (when required)
  5. Supervises and orientation for visiting guest of SEVP

  1. Coordinating with the Dean and Chair Person of School of ICT Programs related matters
