• Manage and oversee the operations of 45 stores : 63 MUAs
• Prepare sale-related documents throughout the sales staff, promptly responding to inquiries and fulfilling requests via phone and mail 
• Responsible for assigned consignment POS in stock management in order to have model stock at optimum level and always replenish regularly. This includes preparing stock for pop up store and special activities as assigned 
• Responsible for stock management, staff management contact with internal and external party to support smooth operations including prepare report as required.
• Responsible for assigned POS in Staff  management in recruiting, training, ensure Performance and disciplinary as expected from Company 
• Prepare and control monthly working schedule for PC Staffs at assigned and all other POS as required by Company 
• Maintain quality brand presence at assigned POS 
• Conduct monthly inventory check at assigned POS and prepare monthly report accordingly. This includes all report for consignment business in  delivering stock in and out of POS. sales order,credit note,invoice,sale report and receipt
