• Collect. systemize and analyze raw data for Sustainable Development Report and related publication.
• Communicate with related functions to get information for related compliances.

• Manage of incoming phone calls and email to open sales order.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions .
• Manage and coordinate export orders and keep responding to all emails with customers from abroad.
