Worked as a Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher for over a period of more than two years at an international school. 

My strengths are understanding and connecting to kids emotionally and give that freedom to kids so that they can express themselves which help me to find their interests which will allow me to help them in exploring their world. 

First thing which I feel is must to be a productive teacher is bring that confidence in kids that they are capable of doing things perfectly and much better.

Creating perfect lesson plans and taught all the kids who are from different grades (Kindergarten Home Teacher and Primary Math Teacher (year 1 to year 5)) with different learning and understanding abilities sometimes made me to teach them beyond the syllabus and prepare them for the toughest exam.

"Giving equal attention to all the kids in class and extra if needed more so that I can put all the kids in first place at the end of the race"  

But at the same time I feel each kid is unique and something will separate them from each other. I would be glad If I help them in finding their passion which will fulfill my dream of being a good teacher.
