As a phone interviewer, I gained experience conducting various types of surveys, such as customer service, political, and satisfaction surveys, which helped me to improve my interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people from various backgrounds. These experiences have provided me with the skills and knowledge required to excel in a customer service role, and I am excited to bring my desire to help others to a new organization.
