Nearly twelve years of diverse experiences in operation, project management, political analysis, and advocacy for International UN/ Non-Profit Organizations and private firm since2008. Graduated MA Political Science and carrier interest over context analysis, stakeholder analysis, public policy analyst on human rights, human security and education rights for refugees, ethnic minorities, migrant workers and Rohingya minority. 

More than seven years of progressively responsible experiences in political science, humanitarian assistance, and coordination for Medicines Sans Frontiers (Myanmar), UN Migration Agency (Myanmar) and International Rescue Committee (Thailand). Proven experiences in field setting, extensive experiences for conflict affected areas of Kachin, Rakhine, Shan North, Southeast Myanmar, and cross-border regional humanitarian assistance experiences in Tak, Mae Hong Son, Chaingrai, Kanchanaburi, Sankalaburi provinces of Thailand.

I have been graduated for Master of Arts in Political Science degree from Thailand. In which study, the major subjects are international relation, public policy, human security, human rights and comparative politics.
