GTM SHE Support Manager of Thailand (Jun. 22 – Present)
Unilever Thai Trading Limited (Head Office), Bangkok

• Coordinate the execution of Unilever’s SHE strategy, policy and standards in scope Thailand Head Office and all Go-To-Market.
• Manage all compliance and improved activities in SHE & Security to achieve KPIs.
• Facilitate in the completion of safety and environment risk assessments on site, develop and implement appropriate controls.
• Conduct incident trend analysis, lead investigation road accidents, workplace incidents for take corrective and preventive actions
and share lesson learned across site.
• Contractor management (permit to work, JAS, MOC) for risk prevention in site.
• Advise Line Director/Line management in all incident investigations and process notification reports to Executive.
• Works with all functions to ensure compliance with the standards is maintained in scope Safety workplace, Road safety, Event
safety, Warehouse and Logistics safety.
• Control the Event Safety protocol of all events organizing support Unilever business.
• Work closely Fleet Management team in ensuring compliance with safe travel training and reporting requirements.
• Cross-functional collaboration to drive SHE thought the Subcommittee (Office Safety, Safet Travel, Event Safety)
• Develop and deploy internal SHE audits and inspection systems in audits of other Unilever’s supply chain (Distribution Trading
Center, Warehouse, Collaboration Manufacturing)
• Coordinate to conduct SHE audits at site, 3PLs, Warehouse service provider, Distribution Traders.
• Raise standards and build capabilities of the external partners for SHE (e.g., Distributors, 3PLs Shutte bus and Warehouse).
• Improvement initiative the emergency preparedness to support the hybrid office.
