Monica Gnokodza

My name is Ms Monica, an experienced  English Language teacher, currently residing in Bangkok. I am interested  in the kindergarten teaching position advertised.

I have a Masters degree in Contemporary China Studies from Renmin University of China. I also have a BSc on Crop Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education as well as a TESOL 120Hr Certificate. 

I have over 4 years experience as a Kindergarten English teacher in China, plus over 3 years of being a High School teacher in my home country. I'm a caring and motivated, outgoing individual who loves to see students thrive in their education!

My philosophy as a teacher  is that learning is never one size fits all and as such, it is my responsibility  as a teacher to establish a welcoming and friendly  relationship  with my students  in order  to perceive each individual's strength and weakness and thereof, the most suitable technique  for each one.
