Position : Cell Leader – Testing and Assembly Engineer

• Supervise daily testing and assembly activities of medical devices and electronic equipment used in scientific research laboratories.
• Perform quality testing, evaluating accuracy, stability, and performance under various conditions.
• Design Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Procedures to comprehensively cover all functions.
• Define Test Criteria, such as Pass/Fail standards; plan Test Coverage to ensure complete functional and quality testing. Monitor voltage, signals, or other electronic components to ensure compliance with CSA standards.
• Record and analyze test data, identify error trends, and report issues along with recommended corrective actions.
• Verify compliance with quality, safety, and procedural standards (ISO/CSA).
• Coordinate with the planning department to adjust manpower, materials, and output targets accordingly.
• Monitor production status and report issues as needed.
• Support training and cross-functional skill development for operators.
• Report operational performance and daily output to supervisors or the planning department.
