Hello, I am in Thailand looking for work as a chef in Bangkok. I have 23 years experience working in various Michelin star restaurants and at Head Chef level in non Michelin star in London and surrounding areas. I love cooking fish and desserts particularly.

I started in French restaurants, and moved in to Sous chef after 9 years or so. I went n to London to work for Michelin star chefs such as Marcus Wareing, Jean-Georges, Rob Weston and more. I went on to be Head Chef in various places.
