Phillip Busch

I am a TEFL certified instructor, and I have worked in English education for over ten years now with most of my experience being teaching English as a foreign language at international schools. I have worked at both public schools and private tutoring centers where my goals have been to help my students improve general conversation skills, pronunciation, basic grammar, and business English, as well as prepare them for academic tests such as IELTS, TOEIC, and TOEFL. I am passionate about language and writing, and I have also worked privately as a freelance proofreader and editor, editing academic papers, fiction novels, and short stories by native English speakers, as well as website copy by non-native speakers for English fluency and accuracy. I graduated from UCLA with a BA in Art History, and I possess a specialization certification from the University of Michigan in Proofreading and Editing.
