WPS, PQR, WQT, Welding history Sheet, Test boundary (P&ID Markup), Test

package, MDR, RFI, RFC, FQP, ECC, JSA, PTW, NCR, Method statement,

Damage report, Materials missing report and Other Necessaries report.

Prepare weekly report (3-Week Schedule, Weekly S-Curve, Weekly Key

Event with Photo Report, Weekly update erection details schedule, Problem

lesson learned, and Project close out report.) to be reported.

• Experience in Codes & Standards: ASME, ASTM, AWS, API, NACE, JIS, DIN

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology (Welding Technology) from King Mongkut’s University of

Technology North Bangkok 2011-2013
