• Config functionality and troubleshooting ERP (Fujisu Glovia) application issued.Handle user permission and control secure role.

• Provide support and user training on selected systems (for example SFC, ERP SAP, and local applications) and participate in IT projects. 
• Gather and document business requirements by engaging with business partners and respond to system problems by analyzing the issue and determining the next course of action
