• Hands on experience of Test & Defect Management Tools using HP ALM / HP QC, Test Rail and JIRA.
• Working experience in SQL.

• Experience in mentoring QA testers, client management and issue resolution.
• Excellent Interpersonal, Leadership skills and customer relational skill.
• ISTQB foundation level certified.
• Acquired Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification.
