In my current role as a teacher, my patience, empathy, creativity, adaptability, listening skills and attention to detail has been enhanced.

In my previous position, I was responsible for coordinating office activities and operations while supervising admin staff and delegating responsibilities equally for optimal performance. I have varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people. I believe an effective team leader has a variety of traits and characteristics that encourage team members to follow suit. I naturally possess certain qualities, such as compassion and integrity and I have learnt leadership skills through formal training and working experience.

My qualities as an effective team leader inspire the trust and respect of the team and stimulate production within the workplace. For the fifteen years that I was at MTN (Mobile Telecommunications Network) I was promoted twice and received numerous awards. As Customer Service Supervisor at the time of leaving I was responsible for managing all round queries, total performance management of all agents and setting targets and objectives.

With a degree in Psychology I am able to better understand people, situations and outcomes and manage teams well. I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. I am keen to work for a company with a great reputation and high profile. I am fast and accurate, with a keen eye for detail.
