I joined Decathlon on 21 May 2018 as a Sport Leader for Trekking Bikes at the Charansanitwong Store, under the guidance of my first leader, Oranee. Within just four months, I stepped into the role of Store Safety Leader—my first opportunity to look beyond sport and support the team’s well-being.
In 2021, I took on dual leadership as a Cycling Sport Leader and fully-fledged Store Operation Leader, where I began shaping daily operations and team performance more holistically. Then in 2022, I joined a national stock project focused on monitoring, controlling, and visualizing internal stock flow—a major step forward in data transparency and operational alignment across the country.
The challenges of 2023 stretched me further, as I assumed the role of Shrinkage Leader within the operations management team. It was a tough year for performance, but we learned, adapted, and pushed forward. By 2024, we had achieved the country’s lowest-ever shrinkage level: just -0.28%. That result continues to make me incredibly proud of the team and our resilience.
With Decathlon’s reorganization in 2024, I transitioned into the role of Store Operation Manager and led a nationwide project focused on retail quality. I also made the move to the Rama 4 Store in Q4 2024, continuing to guide operational excellence at store level. In 2025, I stepped into my current role as Regional Operation Manager and Country Quality Manager—overseeing multiple stores while fostering consistency, innovation, and impact nationwide.
Every step along the way has been driven by the same core belief: retail works best when people are empowered, systems are clear, and we never stop improving.
