Job description
- Plan, execute and manage continuous improvement projects to complete.
- Analyze data to support throughput improvement initiatives such as productivity Up, Reduce Quality, efficiency ( Reduce Muda,Mura,Muri)
- design and prepare material Information flow Chart & value stream mapping (MIFC/VSM) in accordance with Material flow for new machine.
- Write MIFC/VSM exercises to determine and Design record improvement areas and Lead improvement projects in various dimension to support overall improvement such as elimination of 7waste for quality, stock reduction, energy, safety, equipment, material, space savings and process efficiency.
- Develop and implement BigIsland and line balancing, Loss time standardized work, cycle time information, ergonomic processes, and area layouts to optimize manpower and job setup time efficiency.
- Develop and sustain employees training and development on lean concepts and develop measurement systems supporting lean manufacturing.
- Measure and report the machine performance/efficiency, quality rate and OEE and manage process documentation related with operation.
