I am a detail-oriented Support Specialist with 3 years' experience in Thai and English support also work side by side with the other team, forward technical issues to the engineering team to identify issues and solve clients’ queries based on client insights. Also adept at managing departmental administrative duties as assigned.

I choose liberal art faculty to begin my education at a Thammasat university because of the love of learning languages and then I got scholarships from Russian government to study in master degree filed in Linguistics area, when I was studying I also working 36 hours per week as Thai-English support and translator at Russian financial company (night shift) and supporting myself. I would say I am the most hard working and  dedicated person.
