– Handling 7 Flights a day , 49 Flights a week
– Providing best services to all customers
– Providing the best possible answers to all customers when they have doubts and queries
– Updating all information’s from HDQ to make myself clear and know all events around the world
– Well providing all details and coordinating work with colleagues and throughout the organization
– Coordinating and dealing with Customer Services / Sale teams 
– Coordinating with oversea branches
– Checking all inbound and outbound shipments
– Controlling Balance of Unit Load device Stock
– Checking all unit load devices for loading cargo
– Checking all perishable cargo for every flights
– Controlling all ULD (unit load devices) in BKK stock
– Surveying warehouse and all inbound and outbound products 
– Warehouse Supervising 
– Balance stock control of ULDs in warehouse
– Fulfillment of stock uld / equipment control in warehouse
– Warehouse Safety Checklist
– Coordinate with import and export team
– Checking Import & Export delivery status of shipments
– Support sales team to negotiate with customers / offer the special rates (Adhoc Rate) and update in system
– Support Sales team to liaise with HDQ Pricing team on rate issues : Tariff, Adhoc, Rate discrepancies etc
– Arrange CCA (Cargo Charges Correction Advices)-amend incorrect details on Air Waybill and inform the destination
– Allocate Master Air Waybill Stock to customers / agents
– Support Cargo Reservation team on booking issues
– Coordinate between other stations and customers in case of any discrepancy occurred
– Update and distribute Newsflash and Tariff details to all customers
– Update weekly report to Cargo Manager
