Responsible for the experience, supervise and control of various activities related to the construction team and ensure that the construction team working in their field strictly adheres to the latest Approved for construction (AFC) project drawings, ITP requirements, work procedures, Site Instructions (STQ), Release of Information (RFI) and Quality requirements.
Plan includes support activities, plan assembly detailed daily and weekly work plans in accordance with the planning schedule, manpower plan, tools and consumables plan, and equipment plan.
Monitor construction progress against planning schedule identify critical path activities and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays. 

Piping skill
- Ability to understand requirement and standard piping API, ASME B.31, ASTM A53, ANSI.
- Implement standard construction discipline to the latest approved for construction (AFC) project drawings, specifications, procedures, ITP’s, site instructions (STQ) and Release to information (RFI). 
- Implement with pipe quality specification requirements.

Steel Structure skill
- Ability to understand requirement and standard steel structure ASTM A36, ASTM A572, 4100, ANSI/AISC 303-22, AISC.
- Implement standard construction discipline adhere to the latest approved for construction (AFC) project drawings, specifications, procedures, ITP’s, site instructions (STQ) and Release to information (RFI).
- Implement with steel structure quality specification requirements.
