    Responsibilities:


    • Oversee the entire process of multiple New Product Development (NPD) or product renewal projects, from idea inception and negotiation to final delivery, making informed decisions and conducting risk analyses efficiently.


    • Take proactive leadership in discussions and negotiations with various stakeholders at key stages, such as Overseas Sales Offices, Factory and Regional Headquarters.


    • Conduct thorough analysis of information, considering both the big picture and details, to determine the project's direction with sound reasoning.


    • Ensure successful and timely project delivery by closely monitoring the entire operational process, both internally and externally.


    • Engage in proposing, discussing, and negotiating with multiple global customers regarding NPD or renewals, providing rationale for decisions.


    • Manage cost simulations with financial justifications, considering perspectives from factory management and market trends.


    • Conduct comprehensive market research for potential products, including planning, market analysis, cost and pricing analysis, and delivery outcomes.


    • Lead NPD proposal efforts independently, conducting consumer and market surveys, analyzing markets, developing NPD concepts, and creating proposals encompassing the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).


    • Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff members.


    • Fulfill other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager, which may include administrative work.

    Experience Requirements:


    • Thai nationality with a Bachelor's degree or higher.


    • Fluent in English, with a TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent proficiency.


    • Enthusiastic about maximizing performance through disciplined efforts.


    • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally, using various channels such as face-to-face meetings, online meetings, or calls.


    • Demonstrated strong leadership qualities coupled with a mindset focused on time management and accuracy.


    • Capable of handling multiple tasks and analyzing information with a keen sense of priority.


    • Proactive, independent, adaptable, perseverant, flexible, attentive, and goal-oriented.


    • Familiarity with marketing concepts such as product planning, advertising, and communication strategy development would be advantageous.
