    Work Hour: Mon-Fri at 08:30-17:30

    Location: 954/1724 Level 3, The Metropolis Samrong Room, 332 MOO 9 Sukhumvit Rd, Thepharak, Mueang Samut Prakan District, Samut Prakan 10270, Thailand (BTS Green line and Yellow line: Sampong station)
    Nationality: Open to all nationalities (Chinese speakers preferred)

    • Trade Operations:
      • Oversee and manage international trade activities, including import/export processes and cross-border.
      • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
      • Monitor and optimize supply chain performance to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
    • Market Development:
      • Develop and implement strategic trade plans to expand the companys market presence locally and internationally.
      • Identify and develop relationships with new customers, partners, and vendors to grow the business.
    • Team Management:
      • Lead, train, and motivate the trade operations team to achieve company goals and KPIs.
      • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination.
    • Communication & Reporting:
      • Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients and business partners.
      • Prepare regular trade reports, market analyses, and performance updates for senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Education & Experience:
      • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in trade management, logistics, or a similar role.
      • Must have experience in the freight forwarding industry (Air & Ocean) 
      • have a customer portfolio in Thailand and be able to generate GP from the first month
    • Skills:
      • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics operations.
      • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
    • Languages:
      • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
      • Good command of English
    • Other Requirements:
      • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
      • Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.


    Package Details


    Salary: Open to discuss + Commission 35% from GP

    • Social Security Fund
    • Health Insurance (IPD&OPD)
    • Annual leaves 6 days after probation and 12 days after 1 year period,
    • Business leaves 3 days/year
    • Sick leave (20 days/year)
