- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานประจํา ปี- กทม. (บางรัก)- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

  • 1. Work closely with process owners, users and relevant parties to gather business requirements, perform requirements analysis (Tobe model) and develop document business requirement paper. 2. Work closely with IT to ensure system requirements are facilitated to business requirements. 3. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to crossfunctional team members and management. 4. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. 5. Leading the business team to complete end to end UAT test until production deployment. 6. Updating, implementing, maintaining project management procedures, and monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. คุณสมบัติ
  • A minimum 3 years' experiences in Life insurance industry with Business Analyst and process development background or related field.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skill.
  • Excellent planning, wellorganizational management skill.
  • Experience creating project management reports and giving presentation.
  • Ability to use MS Visio or process flow design is advantage
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma is advantage.
