Urgent We are looking for CFO (Budget K)

Responsibilities:

• Systemically track progress against goals and identify key top and bottom-line growth opportunities.
• Balance top and bottom-line growth to build the business and deliver a sustainable business model ongoing.
• Manage the overall financial forecast, processes, policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.
• Lead all strategic pricing work
• Oversee and manage financial liquidity to shorten cash cycle.
• Drive productivity and fuel growth by identifying cost savings and opportunities to fund investments with strong ROI
• Help build, develop and empower the cultural organization to deliver results and make it a great place to work, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
• Protect the company by ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations and strengthening, monitoring, and enforcing a strong internal controls environment and appropriate financial reporting processes.
• Proactively anticipate risks in all business and organizational dimensions through strong collaboration with other functions and drives capability improvement accordingly.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required strongly preferred 7+ years of controllership or CFO experience in the hotel and property development.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management
• Knowledge of accounting principles/standards, and familiarity with various computer systems and applications, including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a changing environment
• Must conduct themselves in a positive, credible, ethical manner at all times
• Able to work in a team environment
