The key role is to provide excellent customer service to customers by communicating effectively and efficiently and supporting Service Team.
- Creating cases using the information provided by the customer in an accurate, prompt, and professional manner.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to our customers by utilizing the proper tools and methods.
- Coordinating with customers, field service engineers, and other departments for a smooth workflow and operation.
- Performing various coordinating tasks along with administrative duties like maintaining reports and project documentation.
- Following up and collecting outstanding invoices.
- Issuing PO and PR for the Service Team.
- Handling other administrative, projects or tasks as assigned by Service Manager.
Qualifications
years old, Thai only.
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years experience in customer service, support customers, sale coordinator, or sale admin from the Trading, Manufacturing industry is a must.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Good communication, interpersonal, collaborative, and problemsolving skills.
- Able to perform tasks on MS Excel (e.g. Vlookup, Pivot table, etc).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
