About the Role

Join our dynamic team at Maker Mart Co., Ltd. as a Sales & Marketing (Senior Level) or Digital Marketing (Junior Level) professional based in Chiang Mai. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving either offline sales or online digital marketing activities, while building strong relationships with our valued clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Support business growth through sales development and digital marketing initiatives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and related industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Present products and provide professional consultation to meet customer needs.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Manage and optimize digital platforms, including social media, e-commerce channels (Lazada, Shopee, website), and online advertising.
Create and manage marketing content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance using CRM systems, Google Analytics, and advertising tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and marketing campaigns with business objectives.
Stay updated on market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and paid ads management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, or company websites.
Background in construction materials, interior decoration, or related industry is preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
Creative content creation skills for online and promotional materials.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Own transportation is an advantage.
