We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)
Location: Bangkok (Chidlom), Thailand
Team: Top League Education (TLE)
Level: 1–3 Years
Salary: 18,000 – 28,000 THB + Commission & Performance incentives

What You'll Do
As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will drive student enrollments and brand visibility by combining lead conversion, marketing execution, and front-line customer interaction.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that strong sales performance and consistent marketing execution go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Conversion (Primary)
- Respond to inquiries from LINE OA, Facebook, Instagram, phone, and walk-ins
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up with warm leads and close enrollments
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
2. Marketing Execution & Content Support
Execute marketing activities such as:
Posting content on social media
- Supporting campaigns, workshops, and promotions
- Coordinating basic content and visuals with the team
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels
3. Campaign & Performance Support
- Track lead sources and basic campaign performance
- Share insights on which messages and channels convert best
- Support improvements in offers, packages, and promotions
4. Relationship & Brand Representation
- Communicate professionally with students and parents
- Represent TLE's brand tone: trustworthy, premium, and student-focused
- Coordinate smoothly with operations and teaching teams after enrollment
- Work with teachers and admin staff to ensure students are smoothly onboarded and satisfied after enrollment.

- Experience in education, tutoring, or service businesses is a plus
