    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Financial and Project Costing, or Controlling.
    • At least 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting within the Manufacturing sector, with 7 - 8 years in a supervisory role.

    • Experience working and coordinating with external Audit firms.

    • Holding CPD.
    • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in BOI and IEAT applications and reporting.

    • Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP and similar accounting platforms.

    • Excellent command of English (interview will be conducted in English). Chinese language skills are a plus.
    • Able to work independently and take full responsibility as an individual contributor when required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage the local Finance & Accounting team.
    • Financial & Management Reporting: Prepare and review accounting entries, post-management adjustments, and intercompany reconciliations. Provide accurate projections of P&L and cash flow aligned with the business plan.
    • Compliance & Regulations: Support BOI, Free Zone, IEAT, and customs application and reporting requirements. Maintain ongoing compliance for all relevant regulations.
    • Audit & Stakeholder Relations: Manage external audits, ensuring smooth and timely delivery. Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant government bodies.
