    Job Responsibilities- Provide process instructions for manufacturing.- Handle process improvement for ultimate yield & quality, less scrap, and cycle time.- Conduct engineering change and evaluation.- Transfer new products, processes, tooling, equipment and technology as assigned by Supervisor.- Coordinate with other personnel's concerning process activities.- Provide accurate data/report or recommendation to higher management if required.- Develop subordinates for better knowledge and working abilities.- Prepare presentation package to management.- Know your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.- Perform related work as assignedความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่- ให้คําแนะนําขั้นตอนการผลิต- จัดการการปรับปรุงกระบวนการเพื่อให้ได้ผลผลิตและคุณภาพสูงสุด ลดของเสีย และรอบเวลา- ดําเนินการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางวิศวกรรมและประเมินผล- ถ่ายทอดผลิตภัณฑ์ กระบวนการ เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีใหม่ตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย- ประสานงานกับกิจกรรมกระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบุคลากรอื่น ๆ- ให้ข้อมูล/รายงานหรือคําแนะนําที่ถูกต้องแก่ผู้บริหารระดับสูงหากจําเป็น- พัฒนาผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้มีความรู้และความสามารถในการทํางานที่ดีขึ้น- จัดทําแพ็คเกจการนําเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร- ทราบความคาดหวังของลูกค้าและขับเคลื่อนส่วนเพื่อตอบสนองพวกเขา- ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายNecessary Skill / Experience
    • Age 35-42 years
    • Any gender
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or relevant fields.
    • At least 7 years experiences as Process Engineer in a high-tech manufacturing environment or electronic manufacturing.
    • At least 3 years management experience.
    • Advance conversation middle - high level in English
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Have management skill.
    • Experiences with optics, optical components or telecommunication area would be advantage is preferredLanguages skills
    • English : Conversational

    • มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
    • ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
    • ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่แข็งแกร่ง
    • มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการ
    • มีประสบการณ์ด้านทัศนศาสตร์ ส่วนประกอบทางแสง หรือสาขาโทรคมนาคมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษทักษะด้านภาษา
