CAD/BIM Technician

Job description:
The scope of Works covers, but is not limited to:
- Bridge and viaduct structures
- Elevated station structures
- Port structures
- Track work
- Other civil structure
- Produce 3D models and 2D drawings of reinforced concrete structures, prestressed concrete structures, steel structures, including general and detailed drawings
- Take instructions from the Structural Engineer and create highquality 3D models and/or technical drawings
- Make use of CAD and BIM tools to produce 3D models and drawings following general and project drawing standards
- Produce and manage CAD and BIM files in a DMS working environment
- Develop program for CAD/BIM automated production
- Work with a design team and individually on CAD/BIM projects
- Review CAD /BIM models with engineers and make required adjustments
- Attend internal technical meetings with engineers and other draftsmen
- Ensure quality of modelling and drafting deliverables
- Be familiar and comply with the company's Safety Policy and Quality Management System
Profile:
Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Construction / Civil / Structural engineering is mandatory.
- Diploma in BIM modelling and design is preferred.
- 0 to 2 years' experience in civil infrastructure project as a BIM modeller or drafter
- CAD Professional Certification
- Appetency for bridge and structure modelling and drafting
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software (in accordance with experience)
- Knowledge of other software such as Civil 3D or Tekla is a plus
- Appetency for programming and use of tools such as Dynamo, Lisp, AutoCAD Scripting etc.
- Basic understanding of structure design, materials and construction processes
- Good reasoning thinking skills
- Ability to work in an international context
- Good level of English (speaking & writing)
- Ability to work under pressure with good working attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
