- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive reliability program for our bio plastic manufacturing processes.
- Conduct reliability assessments on production equipment and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal efficiency.
- Analyse equipment failure data and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to optimise preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
- Utilise reliability-centred maintenance principles to enhance the life cycle of critical assets.
- Conduct root cause analyses for equipment failures and implement solutions to address underlying issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, maintainability, and availability of production equipment. The Successful Applicant
- Strong degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience minimum of 5 years in reliability engineering or mechanical engineer
- In-depth knowledge of reliability methodologies, including FMEA, RCM, and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication in both Thai and English and interpersonal skills.
