    Job Title: Managing Director, Non-Life Insurance Division

    We are seeking a seasoned, results-driven Managing Director to lead our Non-Life Insurance division. This key leadership role oversees the strategic direction, operational management, and financial performance of the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership:
      • Develop and execute the overall strategic vision for the Non-Life Insurance division, aligning with company objectives.
      • Drive business growth by identifying emerging market opportunities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and expanding market share.
      • Maintain a competitive edge in product development, pricing, and customer service.
    • Sales and Business Development:
      • Lead sales strategy to drive new business acquisition and expand existing client relationships.
      • Oversee development of innovative sales channels and partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities.
      • Engage with key clients, brokers, and intermediaries to ensure strong market presence.
      • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor performance to refine sales strategies.
    • P&L Management:
      • Assume full accountability for the division's P&L, ensuring achievement of financial targets and profitability.
      • Develop and manage budget, cost control, and financial planning processes for sustainable growth.
      • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to address variances from targets.
      • Maintain profitability while balancing risk and growth.
    • Operational Management:
      • Lead and mentor high-performing teams of sales, underwriting, claims, and operations professionals.
      • Ensure delivery of high-quality insurance products and services meeting customer needs while adhering to regulatory requirements.
      • Implement best practices in underwriting, claims management, and risk assessment.
      • Drive operational efficiencies and improve process automation across the division.
    • Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:
      • Ensure compliance with local and international insurance regulations and industry standards.
      • Represent the division in dealings with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
      • Oversee internal audit processes and risk management protocols to minimize financial and operational risks.
    • Innovation & Market Positioning:
      • Champion technology and data analytics use to drive smarter business decisions and improve customer experience.
      • Foster innovation and continuous improvement culture, particularly in product development and claims handling.
      • Position the company as a market leader focusing on differentiated products and customer-centric solutions.
